1. Create an Account and take some photos

Creating an account with AirDeskers is easy, you simply create a username and password when you are putting together your first space. Then you can use that login to create many more listings, or edit existing ones. Go to to begin. Simple!

Take some photos of your space, preferably with the desks included and good lighting. You can also get a professional photographer to give it that extra edge, contact us if you’d like us to organise an inexpensive professional photographer for you.

2. Submit Your Listing

Submitting your space is simple, it uses Google Maps which will auto complete the office address. If you get stuck with any of it, feel free to contact us so we can work it out together.

Add as much information about your desk/ office as you like. It can include a gallery of images, features/ inclusions and an introduction to your space. Try to make what you write as accurate as possible as the workers or ‘Deskers’ can rate your space on its accuracy of amenities.

Put your pricing and availability in the description section so we will add it to the booking and you’re good to go!

3. Take bookings!

Once your listing is complete and live, it can be searched and viewed by potential deskers in your area. They’ll select their desired usage time, and submit a booking with payment. We’ll make sure that both you and they get all the relevant info, and pair you up to get started. Simple!

Desk Hunters:

1. Search your Preferred Location

From the home page, or the ‘Find a Desk’ page, you can search a city or suburb that you’d like to work. AirDeskers will provide results for listings in or near that area. within the search results, you can further refine your search by using the distance slider, or choosing your ‘must have’ features/ inclusions that you want your spaces to have. Click on the listings to view more details and booking information.

2. Choose a Desk

Once you’ve found the desk or office you’re after, you can book in using the booking tool on each listing. It will allow you to choose a date range, provide your information and payment, and send it all off to the host space. We’ll notify both you and the office manager of the booking and all the details.

3. Get to Work!

Everything is organised for your first day at your new desk, just roll up with your booking confirmation and enjoy the awesome experience of AirDeskers
